Delivery Policy

Before placing order with Indluxe, We would advise you to go through our delivery policies for better understanding of our service. The terms contained in this Delivery Policy shall be accepted without modification and accordingly, you agree to be bound by the terms contained herein.

Indluxe partners with Logistic services to induce delivering of the purchase. Once the product is handed over to the Logistic partner, the information regarding them would be forwarded to the Users, with approximate delivery estimation.

While Indluxe always aims to provide countrywide delivery, it has a select list of areas where delivery can be undertaken. At the time of placing order, the user is requested to check the feasibility of the delivery by entering pin code. And the area which user wishes to get the product delivered to is not in Indluxe’s radar, the order cannot be proceed further.

While purchase, prior to the payment, a User is expected to provide correct name, phone number and current address. Failing to which, Indluxe is not held responsible in anyway if the order doesn’t reach the User.

Indluxe care for its consumer convenience, and makes a maximum of 3 attempts to get the order delivered, however if the user is not available even after 3 attempts, Indluxe reserves the right to cancel the order pertaining to the purchased Products at its sole discretion.


While we make endeavoring efforts for the timely delivery of the order, it might be delayed pertaining to:

o    Unsuitable weather condition

o    Political obstruction, strikes, election, etc

o    Logistic issues

o    Natural Catastrophe

o    Other inevitable circumstances

For such events of delay, Indluxe shall make serious attempt at intimating users through emails or messages. Indluxe don’t claim any liabilities that may arise on account of its failure to intimate the User of anticipated delays in the delivery. Further, Indluxe would be under no obligation to compensate for the claim of mental and emotional torture.

Indluxe as an organization are always diligent to choose our logistic partners and delivery executives to be chivalrous and of high ethics. However, it is not possible for Indluxe to ensure that its own delivery executives or employees of its Logistic Partners behave in a fashion that exudes thorough professionalism, and good mannerism. It is expressly clarified that any ill-mannerism, impoliteness, discourtesy or offensiveness shown by Indluxe’s delivery executives or by the employees of the Logistic Partners is beyond Indluxe’s control and the user has to itself resolve any issue or argument between the two.

Placing the order successfully with Indluxe and when it’s out for delivery, the user will receive a unique tracking number, through which the user can efficiently track the status of the order. Indluxe shall make reasonable attempts in ensuring that the tracking status of the order is timely updated. However, Indluxe doesn’t guarantee the accuracy of the status since it is updated on a real time bases and is subject to inconsistencies and the other technicalities beyond Indluxe’s control. is not subjective to the return of products and services purchased from The Indian Luxury Expo. 

IndLuxe ships worldwide. Deliveries are made in cooperation with the postal services and their partners have the right to cancel purchases and return delivered goods by contacting IndLuxe’s customer service or using the contact form on IndLuxe’s website within 30 days from receiving the goods provided the goods are unpacked and in the same condition as when you received them. However, the customer is responsible for the cost and risk for transporting the returned goods to IndLuxe.

In cases, you as a customer believe that the delivery is delayed in such a way that you no longer wish to fulfill the order, it is your responsibility to cancel the order. In cases where the order has been dispatched, the customer is required to receive the order. Cancellation is not valid until the customer has confirmed with IndLuxe either by email or telephone. If a product has been discontinued IndLuxe has the right to cancel the purchase and refund the paid amount to the customer. IndLuxe will notify the customer of a replacement or equivalent products if available.
